Chapter 8 is ready for your hungry eyes. I must apologize that it breaks the 2000-word limit that I previously enforced on myself. This is mainly because the first draft was written before I made the 2000-word rule. Though I probably could have shortened it out, I felt that the chapter was just the right size, so I'll make an exception just this once. It's not much more than 2000 anyway, something like 2250.
In other related news, I have finished the first draft version of chapter 11, which is the final chapter of Issue 2. Somewhere around the 13th of this month, the text will be ready to print. I expect a release on the 16th, but we'll see how it plays out until then.
